How this website handles requests and how that differs from church-directory production information.
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, organization, email address, optional phone number, message, and page path you submit. We use those details to respond to your request and plan appropriate business follow-up.
The form submission is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and may also be sent as a staff notification or entered into Cathedral Directories’ business systems. The D1 lead row does not store your IP address or browser user-agent. Cloudflare and other hosting providers may still process connection information to deliver and protect the site.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site use. It may receive browser and device information, a general geographic area, page and referrer addresses, and analytics cookies. We do not send the form fields you type to Google Analytics.
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the form record, and provides Turnstile bot protection. These providers process information under their own terms while providing those services.
We use website-request information to answer questions, discuss directory and advertising programs, prepare follow-up, and maintain the related business record. We use service providers to host and protect the site, store submissions, measure aggregate use, and notify staff. We do not sell information submitted through this form.
Each D1 form row receives an expiration date 180 days after submission. Expired rows are purged when a later submission is handled. Staff notifications, correspondence, and business follow-up records may remain longer in company email and operating systems when needed for the relationship or recordkeeping.
You may call or write to ask what website-request information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to records we must retain.
Customer production files follow a separate workflow from this website form. Do not submit a member roster or other directory-production file through the contact form. Call us first to confirm the appropriate transfer, access, proofing, mailing, retention, and deletion process.
The church controls the member or household fields approved for its directory. It should provide only the information the edition needs and may exclude or withhold details that should not appear in the printed book. Raw customer directories are not published as public marketing samples.
